OK…I know it’s not even close to Thanksgiving. BUT…who ever said it has to be a holiday to enjoy a delicious AND nutritious treat?

I know I never did! ;-)

I have to admit…one of my dessert weaknesses is pumpkin pie. I’ve been tempted several times to eat an entire pumpkin pie by myself on Thanksgiving.
